Howard Barshay lives and breathes the high seas and the real estate that goes with it! Born in Maryland, he moved to Pleasure Island in 1989. Shortly thereafter, Howard spent several years as a Captain, running routes from here to the Virgin Islands and back! In 2006, Howard decided the real pirates’ bounty was in real estate, where he would cement himself as a top performer with his former realty!
